Default key for wipers is P, with a default profile all you need to do is press P, to cycle through all modes you have to press P 4 times, the wipers should turn off after the 4th press. If they don't then you need to check your key bindings for wipers "off". It's been a long time since you could turn off vipers by cycle through the wiper Pressing the "complex" key brings up an overlay, (For Menu Chat). Go to Keys and Buttons find Overlay Activation (Very close to the bottom, should see complex next to it) and change it to key that is not already in use.
